Smoking is allowed in areas of casinos that don’t allow minors, smoking optional hotel rooms, age-restricted standalone bars that do not offer food, retail tobacco stores, strip clubs and brothels, and tobacco-related conventions. In the broadest sense, this act banned smoking in most indoor public places and places of employment such as restaurants, movie theaters, arcades, malls, and more.
